CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure we stay on schedule and provide the best service to all our clients, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond that, we will need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the remaining time. A 30% cancellation fee for any no shows and you will not be available to reschedule. Please reach out 48 hours prior to your service to reschedule. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Rescheduling Policy - We happily allow one complimentary reschedule per appointment. Any additional changes will require forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be needed to secure a future booking. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
