CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure we stay on schedule and provide the best service to all our clients, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond that, we will need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the remaining time. A 30% cancellation fee for any no shows and you will not be available to reschedule. Please reach out 48 hours prior to your service to cancel and receive a refund. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Rescheduling Policy - We happily allow one complimentary reschedule per appointment. (Must be 24 hours in advance to keep deposit on file) Any additional changes will require forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be needed to secure a future booking.
